How WoS: Kelime Çarkı Bulmaca handles your data.
Who we are and how to reach us
The game “WoS: Kelime Çarkı Bulmaca” (the “game”) is published by Hüseyin Çınar, trading as CNRGAMES (“we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

What data we collect
- Anonymous player ID. When the game starts it signs you in automatically with Unity Authentication and creates a random player ID. It does not contain your name or e-mail address.
- Google Play Games sign-in. After you accept the Terms, the game links your player ID to the Google Play Games account on your phone, if there is one. This needs no password and no browser page. Unity receives a one-time authorization code from Google to create the link; your player ID stays the same. The link lets you restore progress, passes and subscription on a new phone or after a reinstall. If Play Games is not available, or you do not use it, you play as a guest (progress stays on that phone).
- Google Play Games data. Google runs Play Games Services as its own service. Through it Google handles your Play Games profile (gamertag, avatar) and technical diagnostics of the Play Games SDK, and, if achievements are active in your version, the achievements you unlock and their progress, which appear in your Play Games profile and can be seen according to your Play Games privacy settings. Google is responsible for this data under Google’s privacy policy and its Play Games terms. We do not use this data for advertising (the game has no advertising), and we do not read friends lists or use Saved Games or leaderboards.
- Game data (Cloud Save). Your progress in each season and level, your settings (language, region, music and sound volume, vibration), and your premium status: the dates of the welcome trial, and the product and expiry date of any pass or subscription.
- Purchase data. Purchases are handled by Google Play. We never receive your card or payment details. To unlock premium access, the game sends the purchase receipt to our server-side validation (Unity Cloud Code), which checks it with Google. This check uses the Google Play Developer API only to confirm that your own purchase is valid; it does not give us access to your Google account or to any other data in it. We keep a record of the store transaction ID together with your player ID so that one purchase cannot be used by several players.
- App configuration requests. When the game starts it asks Unity Remote Config for its current settings and sends your player ID, the language and region chosen in the game, the app version and the platform. Season content is downloaded from Unity Cloud Content Delivery.
- Device information and identifiers. When the game uses Unity’s services (Remote Config and the purchase validation in Cloud Code), they receive basic information about your device, such as the device model, the operating system and the app version, together with your player ID and an installation ID created by Unity’s services. This is used only to make the game work.
- Approximate location. Unity Remote Config works out your approximate location (for example your country) from your IP address so that it can choose the right settings for the game. It is used only for that request and is not stored. The game never uses your device’s location (GPS).
- Technical connection data. Whenever your device contacts a server, that server receives your IP address. The game also checks that you are online with a simple connection test to Unity’s service servers (the same provider that hosts the game’s online services); no Google server is contacted for this.
- Problem reports (only if you send one). “Report a Problem” opens your own e-mail app with a prepared message; nothing is sent unless you press Send there. Every report contains the report type, the app version, the time and the game language. Word and level reports also contain the season and level and, for word reports, the words of the level, the words you solved or tried and the word you chose. Only a “Something is broken” report also contains your player ID, whether you play as a guest or with an account, the device model, the operating system, the app’s install source, the connection state, and a short log of recent warnings, errors and steps in the game (e-mail addresses and codes are removed from this log). We also receive your e-mail address and anything you write.
When this happens. The anonymous player ID, a Cloud Save record (including the welcome trial) and the configuration request are created and sent automatically when the game starts, before the acceptance screen is shown. You must accept before you can play. The Play Games link happens only after you accepted the Terms. If you do not accept and do not want this data to remain, close the game and ask us to delete it (see Data Deletion).
Why we use your data and on what basis
- To provide the game: saving and restoring your progress, season content, premium access. Basis: performance of the contract with you (the Terms of Service).
- To sign you in with Google Play Games and keep your progress across devices. Basis: performance of the contract.
- To process and validate purchases and to prevent misuse of purchase receipts. Basis: performance of the contract, our legitimate interest in preventing fraud, and our legal obligations for accounting and tax records.
- To keep the game working and secure (configuration, maintenance, forced updates). Basis: our legitimate interest.
- To answer your problem reports and support e-mails and to fix the problems you report. Basis: our legitimate interest in providing a working game, and your request.
- You confirm in the game that you accept this policy and the Terms of Service. We keep that confirmation on your device (see below).
What we do not collect
The game contains no advertising and no advertising SDK, and it does not use your advertising ID. It does not use analytics or tracking services, and your data is not used for advertising, marketing or personalization. It does not ask for permission to use your device location, contacts, camera, microphone or photos, and it does not collect your real name, address or payment card details.
If this ever changes, we will update this policy and ask you to accept the new version before it applies.
Data stored only on your device
The game stores on your device: your settings (language, region, volume, vibration), a cached copy of your progress, downloaded season content, cached configuration values, and your confirmation that you accepted this policy and the Terms of Service (version, date, and your age confirmation), and the display name, ID and profile picture of the linked Play Games account (so Settings can show it, also offline; removed when you delete your account). Android backup of app data is switched off, so a reinstall never restores an old session from a backup. This data does not leave your device unless it is part of the game data described above.
Processors and international transfers
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own purposes. The providers below process it only on our behalf, as our service providers (processors), to run the game. Unity acts as our processor; Google Play and Google Play Games Services follow Google’s own rules.
- Unity Technologies (Unity Gaming Services) provides Authentication, Cloud Save, Remote Config, Cloud Code and Cloud Content Delivery. Privacy policy: unity.com/legal/privacy-policy.
- Google provides Google Play (purchases and subscriptions) and Google Play Games Services (sign-in link, gamer profile, achievements). For its own Play Games data Google acts as an independent controller. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
These providers operate servers that may be located outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area and outside Türkiye. By using the game you understand that your data can be transferred to and processed in such countries. Where required, we rely on the safeguards these providers offer under applicable data protection law.
Retention periods
- Cloud Save data and your anonymous player ID: until you delete your account.
- Purchase records (store transaction ID linked to the player ID): kept after account deletion for as long as tax, accounting and fraud-prevention rules require. Purchase records held by Google follow Google’s own rules.
- Approximate location: not stored; it is used only for the configuration request.
- Problem reports and support e-mails: 12 months after we receive them, then we delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
- Data on your device: until you delete it in the game, clear the app’s data or uninstall the game.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to: know whether we process your data and receive a copy; have wrong or incomplete data corrected; have your data deleted; restrict or object to processing; receive your data in a portable form; withdraw consent you have given; and complain to your data protection authority. To use these rights write to huseyin.cinar@cinar-works.com. We reply within 30 days. We may need to confirm that the request comes from the owner of the player ID.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account and all saved game data in the game under Settings → Delete Account, or by e-mail. All routes are explained on the Data Deletion page.
Deleting your game account removes your Cloud Save data, your anonymous player and its link to Google Play Games. Your Google Play Games profile belongs to Google and is not deleted by the game; manage or delete it in the Google Play Games app or in your Google Account. After the game restarts it behaves like a fresh install and, once you accept the Terms again, can link a new player to the same Play Games account.
Children and minimum age
The game is for players aged 13 or older. You confirm your age before you start playing. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13; if you believe a child has used the game, write to huseyin.cinar@cinar-works.com and we will delete the data. If you are under the age of majority in your country, make purchases only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy in a way that matters to you, we publish a new version number at the bottom of this page and the game asks you to accept it again.
