Deleting Your Data
Three routes to remove your account and your game data.
1. In the game (recommended)
Open the game and go to Settings → Delete Account. You need to be online. The game then deletes, in this order: your Cloud Save game data, your anonymous player (the Unity Authentication account, including its link to Google Play Games), and all data stored on your device. Your Google Play Games profile is Google’s; the game does not delete it. If any online step fails, nothing on your device is removed and the game tells you, so you can try again. After deletion the game behaves like a fresh install.
2. By e-mail (without opening the game)
Write to huseyin.cinar@cinar-works.com with the subject “Delete my data” and include your player ID (see below). We may ask you to confirm that you own the ID before we delete anything, for example by sending the request from the e-mail address you use for your Google Play account or by telling us a purchase order number. Use this route if you cannot open the game, for example because you already uninstalled it.
3. Removing data from your device only
Uninstalling the game or clearing its data in your phone’s settings removes only the data stored on the device. It does not delete your Cloud Save data or your player ID; use route 1 or 2 for that.
Your Google Play Games profile
It belongs to Google. Deleting your game account only removes its link. To manage or delete the profile or its game data use the Google Play Games app (Profile → Settings) or your Google Account (myaccount.google.com). After a restart the game can link a new player to the same Play Games account once you accept the Terms again.
Finding your player ID
In the game open Settings. Your player ID is shown in the account section with a Copy button. Paste it into your e-mail.
Response time
We confirm and carry out deletion requests sent by e-mail within 30 days at the latest. In-app deletion takes effect immediately.
What is deleted and what is retained
- Deleted: your Cloud Save game data (progress, settings, premium status), your anonymous player ID, its link to Google Play Games, and the data on your device.
- Retained: purchase records (the store transaction ID linked to the player ID) are kept for as long as tax, accounting and fraud-prevention rules require. Purchase records held by Google follow Google’s rules.
- Problem reports and support e-mails you sent us are not removed by in-app deletion. They are deleted 12 months after we receive them; to have them deleted sooner, ask by e-mail (route 2).
- Not ours to delete: your Google Play Games profile belongs to Google; we only remove its link to the game (see above).
- Subscriptions are not cancelled by deleting your data. Cancel them in your Google Play subscription settings.
