The terms that apply when you use WoS: Kelime Çarkı Bulmaca.

Licence grant

These terms apply when you use the game “WoS: Kelime Çarkı Bulmaca” (the “game”), published by Hüseyin Çınar, trading as CNRGAMES (“we”, “us”). By ticking the box in the game and continuing, you accept these terms. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on your own devices for your own non-commercial entertainment. The game is currently offered through Google Play for Android only.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the game or its content; cheat, or tamper with the game, your save data, purchases or the entitlement checks; use automated tools or exploit errors to gain access you did not pay for; disturb our servers or the services we rely on; or use the game unlawfully.

Account terms

You play as a guest or with Google Play Games. A guest has an anonymous player ID stored with the game on one phone; if a guest reinstalls the game or changes phone, the progress cannot be restored. When you accept these terms the game links your player ID to the Google Play Games account on your phone, if there is one, so your progress, passes and subscription can be restored on another phone. There is no separate password and no sign-out; to use another Play Games account use Settings → Switch Account. Your Play Games profile belongs to Google and is governed by Google’s terms.

You can delete your account in the game (Settings → Delete Account). Deleting it removes your saved progress permanently; this cannot be undone. See the Data Deletion page.

Purchases and subscriptions

Some seasons are premium. Premium access comes from one of the following:

• Welcome trial. A one-time free premium period granted to a new player. It needs no payment method and ends automatically. It cannot be granted twice to the same player. A new player (for example after you delete your account) can receive a new trial. Its remaining time is shown in the shop.
• Time passes. One-time purchases that unlock premium seasons for a fixed time. They do not renew. You can have one paid plan at a time: while a pass or subscription is running a new purchase is not possible; you can buy again when it has ended. A pass cannot be restored through the store; link Google Play Games (Settings) to keep your remaining time if you reinstall.
• Subscriptions. Monthly or yearly plans that renew automatically.

All purchases are made through Google Play and are billed by Google. The price, currency, taxes and billing period are shown in the store before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel it at any time in your Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the game or your account does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds and withdrawal rights are handled by Google Play under its own policies and the law that applies to you. Premium access is granted only after the purchase has been validated, and ends when the paid period ends. If a renewal payment fails, access may continue for a short grace period while the store retries the payment. You can use “Restore Purchases” in the shop to restore a subscription on a new device.

If Google refunds or reverses a purchase, the premium access that came from it ends.

Premium access is digital content that is unlocked on your account immediately after the purchase has been validated.

Content ownership

The game, its words and puzzles, artwork, sounds, code and the CNRGAMES name belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. Your licence does not transfer any ownership to you.

Disclaimer of warranties

We try to keep the game working well, but it is provided “as is”, and we cannot promise that it will be free of errors or always available, for example during maintenance or an outage of an external service. This does not limit rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of game progress caused by something outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence.

Termination

You can stop using the game at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Rights that have arisen before then, and the sections that by nature continue to apply, stay in force.

Changes to these terms

When we make a change that matters to you, we publish a new version number at the bottom of this page and the game asks you to accept it again before you continue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live remain unaffected.
